and would like to learn a kinder way of speaking to themselves.
What is the “Words Heal Me” journey?
This journey offers one small practice each day for seven days.
You will explore how gentle words can support your nervous system,
your emotions, your body, and the hurting parts inside you.
Each day includes:
- One core healing phrase.
- A short, practical self-talk exercise.
- Simple reflection questions for journaling.
You can walk through the journey on your own, at your own pace,
or download the workbook and print it as a quiet companion.
