Day 1 – Meeting Myself Kindly

Practice
- Find a quiet place to sit or lie down.
- Notice how your body feels.
- Place a hand on your heart or belly.
- Repeat softly: “I’m here with you.”
- Let the phrase match your breathing.
- Notice any small shift in warmth, space, or breath.
Reflection Questions
- What was it like to say “I’m here with you” to myself?
- Did any resistance, comfort, or numbness appear?
- What changed in my breath or body?
Day 2 – Naming What’s Here
Core Phrase: “There is ______ here.”
Practice
- Pause and notice your body.
- Ask quietly: “What am I feeling right now?”
- Choose the closest true word.
- Say gently: “There is ______ here.”
- Combine with Day 1 if you wish: “There is anxiety here… and I’m here with you.”
Reflection Questions
- What did I notice when I named my experience?
- Did naming make things clearer or softer?
- How did my body respond?
Day 3 – Offering a Gentle Response
Core Phrase: “It’s okay to feel this.”
Practice
- Start by naming what you feel.
- Offer a gentle response.
- Repeat slowly, matching your breath.
- Notice any inner reactions (doubt, softening, resistance).
- Stay kind no matter what arises.
Reflection Questions

- What part of me reacted most strongly?
- What tone feels comforting to me?
Day 4 – Letting the Body Be Involved
Core Phrase: “Body, I’m listening.”
Practice
- Sit or lie comfortably.
- Slowly scan from your feet to your head.
- Notice any tension, heaviness, or numbness.
- Place a hand where you feel most neutral or safe.
- Say gently: “Body, I’m listening.”
- Stay with one area for a few minutes.
Reflection Questions
- What did my body show me today?
- How did my body respond to acknowledgment?
- What part of me needs more gentleness?
Day 5 – Walking With the Difficult Parts
Core Phrase: “This part of me is hurting. May I meet it kindly.”
Practice
- Identify a recent emotional moment.
- Sense the part of you that feels this most strongly.
- Name it gently: “There is a scared part here.”
- Offer your phrase kindly.
- Hold steady even if the part reacts.
- Thank the part for showing itself.

- What does this part need from me?
Day 6 – Letting Love or Warmth Support Me
Core Phrase: “It all belongs in Love.”
Practice
- Get comfortable and breathe slowly.
- Bring to mind something you are struggling with.
- Imagine a field of warmth or Love surrounding you.
- Say your phrase softly: “It all belongs in Love.”
- Let Love hold both you and your experience.
- Rest quietly in silence.

Day 7 – A New Way of Being With Myself
Core Phrase: “May I continue to walk gently with myself.”

- Notice even the smallest shifts in tone or breath.
- Repeat: “May I continue to walk gently with myself.”
- Place a hand on your heart.
- Let this phrase become a personal blessing.
