Words Heal Me – Day 6: Letting love or warmth support you
You do not have to create healing all by yourself. Today you experiment with letting something larger support you:
a sense of love, warmth, Presence, God, or Pure Mind – whatever language resonates with your heart.
Why we invite something larger
When suffering feels heavy, it can be comforting to imagine that your pain is held in a larger field of care.
You may experience this as spiritual, or simply as a sense of warmth and kindness that is bigger than your thoughts.
Today’s healing phrases
You might choose one of these phrases:
- “I am held in gentleness.”
- “It all belongs in Love.”
- “May Love hold everything I feel.”
Day 6 practice (10–15 minutes)
- Settle the body.
Sit or lie down. Feel the weight of your body supported by the chair, bed, or floor. - Bring to mind something you’re struggling with.
It could be a feeling, a situation, or a part of you from Day 5. - Imagine a field of warmth or Love.
This might be a sense of light, a presence, or a quiet kindness surrounding you. - Repeat your phrase.
For example: “It all belongs in Love.”
Let this phrase include the difficulty you’re holding. - Rest in silence.
After a few minutes, sit quietly and simply feel your breath. Let the words echo softly inside.
Gentle reflection
- What does “Love” or “gentleness” mean to me, in my own language?
- Did it help to imagine my experience being held in something larger?
- Is there a phrase that feels spiritually true and comforting to me?
